Mr. Paul Richards incorporated Stat-Matics in 2005 to apply his expertise in Systems and Software Engineering to the military and industrial base in the United States. His 38-year career includes scientific and engineering applications in the following areas.

Seismic MASINT for the Department of Defense (DoD), leading a team of scientists and engineers to integrate a network of sensors and signal processing to detect, locate and classify near-surface energy.

Recent, winning proposal preparation for operation and development of the US National Data Center at Patrick AFB, Florida and for the development of the Battle Management Command and Control subsystem of the E-10A radar aircraft.

Operational concepts, architectures, command and control, modeling and simulation of future constellations of joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems, especially systems that construct dynamic, wide-area pictures of ground and maritime battlespaces.

Requirements, design, implementation, test of subsystems and algorithms for the E-8C Joint STARS airborne radar aircraft and its derivatives.

Software design and coding for radar processing on the Joint STARS surveillance aircraft, structural reasonance analysis for the X-29 forward-swept wing aircraft, target tracking and telemetry analysis for a ground-based Automated Telemetry Station of Grumman Corporation, statistical analysis for weapon delivery accuracy of the A-6E aircraft, computer graphics for a proprietary cruise missile program, texture pattern database for Computer Graphics Systems Development Corporation, and pseudoranging navigation solutions an early, ground-based predecessor of the Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) system.

Mr. Richards' industrial experience is with Northrop Grumman Corporation and Quantum Technology Sciences, Inc.

Stat-Matics opened in 1993 as a sole proprietorship buying a selling rare collectible coins over the Internet.
